Challenge

As a leading retail company, S.I.Village had been collaborating with influencers for weekly product reviews. At the same time, they're struggling to maintain quality control and keep a consistent brand identity.

S.I. Village sought to partner with Dot Slash Dash (DSD) and its creator pool.

Approach

The first step of the project was to match the products to selected creators on DSD who are known for their quality output.

Then, to highlight each product's key selling points, I provided creators with tailored concepts and video shoot guidelines. Based on this framework, creators added their own individuality and style, resulting in high-quality, aesthetically refined videos.

Achievement

The client used the final output on S.I.Village online store, official social media channels, and the Dot Slash Dash app. These videos served as promotional assets for each product and ensured the brand identity across S.I.Village's UGC.
